Warranty coverage is confirmed by product model, component, material, service conditions and the terms stated in the quotation or contract. Buyers should review the warranty schedule before approval rather than assume one period applies to every structure and part.

After-sales support can include part identification, spare-parts supply, installation documents and technical guidance according to the agreed service scope. Normal wear, misuse, unapproved modifications, improper installation or maintenance and site conditions may be handled differently under the contract. See our after-sales support process.

Lead time is confirmed after the layout, technical drawings, materials, quantity, colors, documentation and inspection scope have been approved. A project schedule should separate design approval, production, trial assembly where applicable, packing review and shipment readiness.

International freight, customs clearance, foundations, installation and surfacing are separate activities and should be planned against the target opening date. ZZRS provides a project-specific timeline with the quotation or approved production schedule.

Materials vary by product model, design and site environment. Depending on the selected system, the schedule may include galvanized and powder-coated steel structures, rotationally molded plastic parts, HDPE panels, engineered ropes, treated or engineered wood components and stainless or coated fasteners.

The approved quotation and drawing should identify the actual materials, dimensions or grades where applicable, finishes and connection details. UV exposure, humidity, salt, temperature, drainage and maintenance capacity should be considered before selection. Review the playground material selection guide.

The applicable standard and available documentation depend on the selected product model, destination market and contract. ZZRS can identify the relevant test reports, certificates, drawings and material information available for the proposed equipment.

Buyers should confirm the required standard edition and parts, the models covered by each document and any local approval requirements before ordering. Equipment documentation does not by itself approve the final site. Review our standards, test reports and certification information.

Site planning and installation support are defined by project, destination and contract. ZZRS can provide layout proposals, equipment drawings, foundation information, packing lists, part identification and installation documents, together with remote guidance where agreed.

The responsibility for surveying, excavation, concrete, drainage, surfacing, lifting, assembly, local permits and final inspection should be assigned before production. On-site supervision depends on location, schedule and contract availability. See our commercial playground installation guidance.

Many custom projects can start with one complete playset, subject to the design, commercial value, packaging, freight and destination. Freestanding equipment, spare parts and mixed-category orders may have different practical minimums.
